Our Specialties: Include the move up market,
coordinating the sale of existing homes and the purchase of your new home. We
also specialize in all aspects of new build construction. We also specialize in all aspects of new build constrction, land and acreage and waterfront homes
Our Hobbies: Fishing, hockey, watching the Dallas
Cowboys, reading, swimming, cooking, our dogs (Savannah, Summer and Montana), our two
cat (Polo), and quiet time spent with family and friends.
Our Experience With Real Estate: We have found real
estate not only to be a rewarding career but also an outstanding way to meet
new friends. Throughout our lives being both from corporate families we
understand the trauma of relocating and its effects on families. Therefore we
understand the importance of making each and every move as effortless and
trouble free as possible.
The Personal Side Of Walter and Liz: We met in our real
estate office and married September 18, 1999 in Garland, Texas. Together we
realized how well we worked together in our personal lives and as business
partners. Liz with her accounting degree and Walter with his corporate union
debating skills made us the perfect real estate team.
